Hi, I’m attorney Scott Wright. Many clients I’ve represented over the years have come to me after a prior experience with another attorney. I’ve learned that the main reason clients fail to return to their previous attorney is frustration over the inability to reach their attorney to discuss things that are of importance to them. Certainly, an injury case resulting from an auto crash or a fall-down incident is stressful enough without being unable to reach your attorney. In my office, I’ve adopted a simple system to avoid this. When I first meet with a client, if the client decides to retain me, I give them all of my contact information. That includes my cell phone and my home phone number. If a client’s unable to reach me, they’re just not trying hard enough.
